When he's not ensuring every guest experiences the perfect Bahamian dining experience, you'll find him on the docks chatting with local fishermen about the day's catch, sharing stories with returning guests who've become family, or simply pausing to watch the sunset paint the harbor in colors that never cease to inspire him.
