A long wonderful lunch
Wow…we came in late in the afternoon. This was a recommendation and an excellent one. We sat outside. My friend choose her fish for lunch. The 3 of us had a wonderful meal. Good service. Wonderful view of the water. We walked up the ramp after lunch and sat on the beach and rested for a while after a wonderful meal.
A surprise hit
We’d never been before and it was excellent. The fish was fresh and tasty, the view was great, the service was good… it was better than some of the higher priced restaurants we tried. It’s in our top five in Nassau. Worth the return.
Great name. Good food and cocktails.
We came twice during vacation, walkable from Airbnb. Our family of four (kids 7 & 9) liked the outdoor seating and access to the beach. Overall good food and cocktails – we especially enjoyed the sushi and conch. Blue Sail is next door and our family was split on which they liked better – I’d give the edge to Blue Sail for the ambiance but the others thought food was slightly better at the Poop Deck.

50+ year local Landmark, Our Two Dinners , Seafood (Snapper, Grouper, Shrimp ), A Good Burger, crispy Fries W skin, Conch Chowder W Fiery Pepper Sauce, Seasoned crispy Fries W skin, Well Prepared, and Presented by Charming Local Staff. Not Inexpensive, (Alas nothing is in The Bahamas), Guava Duff is to be considered if Appetite allows. Good Drinks Selection, Elevated location amid Marina/Docks Pleasure Boats, Mega Yachts, Commercial Vessels . NO A/C, Looking Forward to Next Meal.
Amazing views and exceptional food!
The server Avianinna! Was the most gracious server! The ambiance of the view was amazing we sat right outside. Huge fans above us for those who hate the humidity! I recommend it to any style family business welcomes all!!
Old school seafood joint you can’t miss!
My family of six ate here while on vacation! We had a great experience! The seafood was very excellent and the view of the boats in the marina I was icing on the cake! Andy was our server and did an excellent job! You can feel the history in this place and how many others have came before you to enjoy the local seafood favorites! I had the grilled seafood platter and the conch salad is an appetizer! I would highly recommend both! Definitely a must stop while on Nassau!
A very enjoyable evening with Family!
When it was suggested that we visit the “Poop Deck” the name alone had me second guess our decision to visit. But we went any way, and I am so glad we did. The view over the water, facing the Atlantis watching the sunset, was a nice backdrop to our evening. The food was as enjoyable as the service provide from the waitress, who I learned have worked there for 25+ Years. I will definitely visit the “Poop Deck” during my next visit.
The Poop Deck -Nassau
Locals recommended go off resort property at Atlantis- quick can ride across the bridge- to The Poop Deck restaurant. OMG 🙂 ! I It was DELICIOUS!!! We had calamari, and grilled Mahi Mahi, that was cooked and seasoned to perfection- also crab legs- fresh catch same day, rice and peas, local steamed veggies, plantains- a feast for two. And- to wash it down- (not needed any help) we each had an amazingRum Runner cocktail. My baby chef, the bartender, nor the servers disappointed. Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect. It will be Well, worth your time to cross the bridge to have dinner at the Poop Deck. 🙂

Idk even know where to begin!!! first the staff were all amazing even under pressure of a proposal right around the corner. We got seated immediately. Ofc we the catch of the day (but any fish would do ) we ordered it and it was the best fish we’d ever had. Our son had sushi and it was lovely and I’m not even a seafood person !
